To modify your checklists, you will click the “Checklist” tab on the left sidebar. You will then select the checklist you want to edit.
Once you have clicked on the checklist, you will see all the questions are grouped in categories. By clicking on the edit icon (which is this pencil icon), you can edit each question field individually. If you want to be able to change the actual text of the question, click on the question field and then type in whatever change needs to be made. The same applies to the descriptions and links.
If you want to upload sample photos for each question, you will click on the camera icon and that will open up the Picture Library on your computer. You will then choose the photo you need. Once the photo is selected, it will upload a sample photo for that specific question. Please not that multiple photos can be used for every question.
Answer Choices and Measurements
If you want to update answer choices, go to the “Answers” tab. Each answer choice is an individual field similar to the Details tab. For example, your answer choices can be Pass, Fail, N/A, Not Sure. If you want to delete answer choices, click on the X icon and the answer choice will be deleted.
You also have the ability to add measurements for each question. In this case, we’ll use degrees for temperature recordings and put in the passing requirement. We’re going to put that the passing requirement is that the temperature is greater than 40 degrees.
