How to View and Email PDF Report

In order to download the report summarizing the inspection:

1. Choose and tap on the completed inspection you wish to view and email
2. Once inspection detail loads up, tap Review Inspection at the bottom of the page
3. Click View Report and a PDF report will be generated showing all the details associated with the  inspection
4. On the upper right hand, tap on the blue arrow icon
5. It will then create an auto-generated email and you’ll be prompted to add the email address of your recipient        

The PDF report shows the information about the location that was inspected along with the address information and the timestamp of when the inspection started and when it ended along with the information about who did the inspection. You will also see that all the questions are answered on a line by line basis. Answer choices are shown in the first column, along with the comments, any photos that might have taken for each question are indexed at the end of the report, so by scrolling down, you will see the photos that you took along with the comments that might have been made on the photos.
