Here’s a quick glance of how the Admin app works.
To access the admin side of your account, please visit the specific URL for your organization via desktop or laptop. Enter your login credentials.
Dashboard - This will allow you to see what’s been completed or currently in progress for the last few days. You can use the filters to set the time frame, property, checklist, and user to update the graph. You will receive a snapshot of data including Created, In Progress, Done, Passing Rate, Average Completion Time, and Average Performance. Properties - Where you can view existing properties, add, or update properties for your organization.
- Select New Property Category to create a new category of properties or just select the category name if already have one.
- Select New Property, and enter the necessary information like Name, Address, City, State, Country, Zip, and Timezone. Once all information is filled, hit Save. You can also edit in this area for any changes necessary.
Checklists - This is where you can edit, view, or build the checklists for your account. To know more on creating a checklist, check out How to Create a Checklist
Users - This is where you can add a new user or edit an existing user. You can see the User Group you are part of as well as permission. To know more about users, view How to Add Users
User Groups - allows you to decide who has visibility to what particular checklist based on their location. It serves as an integrator of the property, checklist, and users. Click on How to Add a User Group to know more.
Assignments - Allows you to thoroughly check into the specific checklist that has been completed or in progress. Filters such as Time frame, Properties, Checklist, or Agent can help you find the information quickly. Check on How to Use the Assignments tab to know further.
Settings - This is the account setting. You have the ability to edit any information needed such as Allow Admin to login to CoInspect, create Presets answers, and add logo into your account. See A Guide to Settings Tab to know more.
